Licensing and Regulation Information
Most casino review pages talk about licensing in general terms because there is nothing specific to report. Here there is. Betroy publishes a licence number, a company and a registered address, and all three check out in the regulator’s public register. This page sets out what was verified, what did not match, and how to run the same check yourself.
What the operator publishes
The footer of the casino states, in full: the site is owned and operated by Raptor Entertainment LTD, registration number 000046905, registered at 9 Barrack Road, Belize City, Belize, licensed by the Government of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of Comoros, under licence ALSI-202504009-FI1.
That is more than most operators disclose, and every element of it is checkable.
What the register says
Searching that number in the Anjouan public register returns a live entry, checked on 24 August 2026:

The regulator’s seal validation page confirms the same company, the same address and an operating status of VALID. So the licence is real, current, and belongs to the company named in the footer. That is the finding, and it is a good one.
Two details the register adds
The live site is not the registered site. The register lists betroy.com. Opening betroy.com produces a redirect to www.betroy168.com, and that numbered mirror is where the casino actually runs — the seal embedded there is even issued for that exact domain. Numbered mirrors are ordinary in this industry, particularly in markets with access restrictions, and this is not evidence of anything improper. It is worth knowing because a licence covers the domains on its record, and if you are checking a seal on a domain that is not listed, that is what you are looking at.
Forty-three domains share this licence. The record for Raptor Entertainment Ltd lists forty-three sites, among them in7.com, diesbet.com, betlouis.com, sezarcasino.com, aresbet.com, mardanbet.com and betroy.com. One licensed company operating a large portfolio of brands is a normal structure. What it means for a player is that the brand name is a front end: the counterparty, the licence and the complaints route are shared across all of them.
Two of the domains on this same licence — gundibet.com and megapolbet.com — no longer resolve at all. Checked on 24 August 2026, their nameservers refuse queries, so those sites cannot be opened from anywhere, while the licence they shared remains valid. A live licence therefore says the company is real and supervised; it does not promise that any particular brand on it will still be running next year.
Where the licence does not apply
The seal validation page carries something the register does not: the list of territories the Anjouan licence explicitly excludes.
Excluded: Australia, Comoros, France, the Netherlands, Spain, the United Kingdom and the USA, plus all FATF-blacklisted and sanctioned jurisdictions, plus anything the Anjouan Offshore Financial Authority later designates.
The wording that matters is what follows. The regulator states that participation from those territories is prohibited, that individuals accessing the site from them do so at their own risk, and that any dispute or complaint from a player located there falls entirely outside the regulatory scope of the licence and will not be entertained. In other words, the licence exists but does not cover you if you are in one of those countries.
What the licence obliges the operator to do
The validation page also lists the conditions attached to keeping the licence active, which is a useful checklist because you can verify each one on the operator’s own site:
- Independent dispute resolution. The operator must provide access to an ADR service, after its own internal complaints process is exhausted.
- Anti-money-laundering compliance and working responsible-gaming tools, including self-exclusion and deposit limits.
- Certified random number generators across all gaming products.
The first of those is worth holding against the operator’s own bonus rules, which state that in any dispute the decision belongs to Betroy management, and that the risk department may seize winnings or delete a balance at its own discretion. Those two positions do not sit comfortably together. If a dispute ever matters, the licence condition is the one to cite — and the ADR route is reached through the licence number, which is why the number is worth keeping.
How to run this check on any casino
- Find the licence number in the footer — an actual number, not a claim of being “licensed and regulated”.
- Click the seal. A genuine one loads a validation page on the regulator’s own domain; a flat image that goes nowhere is the most commonly faked element on a casino site.
- Search the number in the regulator’s public register, on the authority’s site rather than the casino’s page about itself.
- Match three names: the licensed company in the register, the company in the terms, and the domain you are on.
- Read the status and expiry. Licences lapse and get suspended while the seal stays up.
- Read the excluded-territory list before depositing, not after.
